I have noticed a-lot less bloating rather quickly. But not noticed much difference with the femmys yet but I am sure that I will soon.

I have given the gut bundle only four stars purely because I don’t think I’ve been taking them long enough to notice a significant difference. I will say that I have noticed considerably less bloating taking the triple biotic. I will re-order and try and be consistent for the next three months and see how I go with them.

After using the triple biotic supplements I bought the vitamins which have been just as effective. They work great together. Multivitamin has improved my energy/sleep/well-being and biotic had helped with BV down below and digestion. 5 stars
