Refund policy

IMPORTANT: We always advise you to try Her Essentials Products as a 1 or 3 month subscription first to see if it works for you before committing to our 6-month subscription plan.

30 day Returns and Refund policy - Terms & Conditions:

  1. Please note only unopened containers can be returned & refunded within 30 days of your order being placed
  2. Only unopened, undamaged and unstained containers in saleable condition are eligible for refund
  3. If your order does not meet any of these conditions your refund will be rejected 
  4. To begin the refund process please email Hello@Heressentials.co.uk for further instructions & delivery address
  5. Your return items must reach our warehouse within 10 days of our return address being provided or your return & refund will be ineligible 

Refund processing fee:

Please note a processing fee of £6.31 per parcel delivered is applied to each refund & will be deducted from the total amount refunded

How to start the refund & return process:

To begin your refund and return request please send an email to us at Hello@Heressentials.co.uk with the subject REFUND & your order number so that we can match you with the correct order and give you the address you need to send your item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted. 

You will need to pay for the packaging and delivery of the product back to Her Essentials.

Products bought in error:

Urgently contact us at Hello@Heressentials.co.uk if your products were bought in error.

If you bought a product in error & the product has yet to be prepared for delivery or already delivered from our warehouse you will be eligible for a full refund without any additional charges. Unfortunately if the product has been dispatched/prepared for dispatch from our warehouse you will have to follow the normal refund & return process above when the item is delivered to you. Her Essentials conducts rapid delivery of orders and our products are usually ready for dispatch within 1 hour, unfortunately if you are outside of this window you will have to follow our normal refund & return process.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately - Hello@Heressentials.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and respond accordingly.

Refunds - what happens next?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund is being processed. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, but it doesn’t usually take more than 5 working days.
